Announcements are posted on our website and in print in the Weekly Mountaineer Progress.
The fee for a published announcement is $25.00 for 250 words with a photo and 10˘ for additional words.
Text copy and Photos can be emailed in an attachment to: newsroom@mtprogress.net
We will contact you after we receive your announcement to arrange for payment over the telephone.
Do not send credit card information over the email as this is not a secure site.

Announcements should include the following information: complete name (first and last) relationship (husband, wife, parents to, children of, etc.) Dates, times, place.
For Wedding announcements other information such as best man, maid of honor, bridesmaid wedding party, honeymoon, schools attended, future employment plans, military service, etc.
For Births other information such as child's birth weight, size, time and date of birth, hospital name, parents and grandparents, siblings, etc.
For Engagements other information such as complete names of Fiancé , parents, planned dates of wedding, schools / employment / military service, etc.
